Unlocking Confidence - An Awakening Class Taster Workshop

Class will be in-person in Charlotte, NC, USA and live streaming worldwide.

What if you could have more confidence by
unlocking it from your body ?

In this Taster Workshop, you'll be getting a preview of what you can experience in an Awakening Class by learning how to activate the gentle, nurturing energies of the Living and Dying Body Process using words and movement so you can start to shift from hesitation, mistrust and self-doubt to the freedom of fearless self-confidence.

Participants of this class will get to:

• Receive and give part of the Living and Dying Body Process
• Identify ways they can build more confidence through their thoughts, words and actions
• Walk away with a sense of calm clarity to better know what next steps they can take to create their lives

In this interactive event, you will be guided by a world-travelling facilitator, energetic bodywork vixen, communication specialist and author, Siris Raquel Rivas-Verdejo, on how to use simple movements in conjunction with specific words to have more energy, be more enlivened and have more clarity on what unique gifts and capacities you have to commit to having exuberant living no matter the circumstances.
