About the event

Three Authors Discuss How to Live in a Fragmented World

We want to celebrate Ann Campanella, Peg Robarchek, and Gilda Morina Syverson and their books. They will read and discuss the books during an in-store event at 7 pm, Thursday, October 9, 2025. Books are available through the store. We look forward to seeing you at this free event.

Three memoirists explore Healing, Spirituality and Transformation.

The Shoulder Season: A Memoir of Fracture and Grace by Ann Campanella

After decades of being physically fit, riding and training horses, Ann’s life skids to a stop when a traumatic injury shrinks her world. She succumbs to severe pain and multiple surgeries and must learn to reimagine her future.

Welcome to the Church of I Don’t Have a Clue: my irreverent, post-evangelical, sacred life by Peg Robarchek

Peg, who grew up in the Bible Belt, kicked God to the curb days after she turned ten years old. Her decision led to decades in a spiritual wilderness, years spent growing her bitterness and a mistrust of anything sacred, until she began to explore her own God story.

A Healing Journey, From 9/11 Beyond the Pandemic by Gilda Morina Syverson

This captivating true tale takes us on a transformational journey of self-discovery with mystical experiences, healing light, and conflict indicative of a fragmented world desperately searching for hope.
