Start your Friday with fresh air, friendly faces, and movement that feels good. Our routes stay within the Villa Heights neighborhood—no busy street crossings or sidewalk running required. Turn-by-turn directions are provided, and we welcome all paces!

☕ Early riser? Try our Dark Roast OTP Run at 5:15 AM — a relaxed 3-mile option on a flatter route, paced at 9:00–9:30 min/mile.
