Saturday Group Run

Join us as our RunNC Training Group meets at 6:30am at CRC Dilworth for the Saturday "long" run! All distances and paces welcome for an out and back. They'll be coolers in several spots on the Little Sugar Creek Greenway route. We'll also have special guests Adidas on hand with demos, as well as our Balega/Triggerpoint Rep with a post-run foam rolling demo. 6:30am too early for you? At 7:00am, BMR Charlotte will be starting at the same location, for the same route.
