We’ll begin with a guided meditation to gently bring you into presence, followed by intentional journaling prompts to help you reconnect with your inner voice. This is your space to check in, get honest, and remember your “why.” No pressure, no perfection—just you, your breath, and your truth.

From this grounded space, you’ll be invited to lie back and receive the healing vibrations of a deeply restorative sound bath. Let the soothing tones of crystal singing bowls and other healing instruments wash over you, clearing energetic clutter and creating space for clarity, calm, and reconnection.

Whether you’re seeking direction, looking to release what no longer aligns, or simply craving a moment of stillness—ReAlign offers a nurturing space to come back home to yourself.

No prior experience with meditation or sound healing is needed. Please bring a journal, pen, yoga mat, blanket, pillow and anything else to make yourself comfortable. Let this be your invitation to pause, reflect, and realign with the path that feels true to you.
