Immerse yourself in the cozy atmosphere of Hemp and Tea Co.’s tea lounge as we explore this month's theme: Higher Consciousness and the Crown Chakra.

Event Highlights:

• Tea Circle: Haley, Hemp and Tea Co.’s tea guru, will guide us through a tea teaching focused on our theme. Learn about the medicinal and holistic benefits of this month’s featured tea, then enjoy a sample as Haley answers your questions. Kat Shuler, CAPS Founder, Somatic Practitioner and Reiki Master will provide some insights into this powerful 8/8 portal, higher consciousness and the crown chakra.
• CAPS Community Circle: Learn how to weave tea into your mindfulness and integration practices with Kat Shuler. Share and discuss integration tools that have been your personal medicine.
• Mix & Mingle: Engage in meaningful conversations with like-minded individuals on consciousness, mindfulness, and psychedelic experiences.
• Book Signing: Kat will have copies of her recently published book: Journey Within a Psychedelic Preparation and Integration Journal for sale and happy to sign books for those interested.

Info: Kat Shuler will guide the group through the powerful 8/8 lions gate portal and how to work with this energy to activate higher consciousness. She will also be sharing what an underactive, overactive and balanced crown chakra looks like with somatic practices to bring your crown chakra into balance.

Info: Tea teaching with Haley, Hemp and Tea's Herbalist and Tea Guru on this months theme. She will have tea for tasting with the group.

Info: After the tea teaching, we will open the circle to the CAPS Community by going around, integrate our learnings and introduce ourselves.
