Feel in the Gap - The Power of Community
Feel in the Gap is a workshop series dedicated to breaking the stigma on mental health in Black and Brown communities.
Each workshop is led by licensed clinicians. The topic of discussion for this workshop is centered around the Power of Community. It will be centered around group exercises in peer support and active listening to put more tools in the hands of the community to support one another.
