Join us at Sacred Roots for an intimate experiential practice exploring how you connect—with yourself, others, and the world around you. Through gentle guided attunement, we'll explore five distinct spaces of awareness, from your physical body to the energy that surrounds you.

Through paired exploration, we'll explore fresh aspects of presence and connection, leaving you with rich relational awareness and a deeper sense of wholebody integration. This workshop is an invitation to experience yourself and your connections in a meaningful new way.
