Friday, March 14 at 11:30AM (doors open at 11:15AM)-food service begins at 11:30AM in the Community Room at Allegra Westbrooks Regional Library-Beatties Ford Road, Charlotte.

Join us for our free, 75 minute, EDD Talks Lunch & Learn program featuring at least one of our renowned physician-partners and BIPOC chefs.

Aside from a free, flavorful and health promoting 100% whole food, plant-based (WFPB) vegan lunch, our clinical expert will share the optimal wellness benefits of a WFPB lifestyle toward then prevention and arrest of our top lifestyle-driven chronic illnesses.

You'll also receive a free cookbook and optimal wellness resources from Power is Giving and our partners at Physicians Committee for Responsible Medicine (PCRM)!
