aged in American white oak barrels, smooth golden finish

Mole Rosa en Molcajete
chicken, skirt steak, panela cheese, vegetables in Mole Rosa sauce

finished in Ruby Port casks, subtle pink hue, sweet red fruit & caramel notes

5th Course

Mexican Strawberry and Tequila Sorbet
