Anger Management Support Group

Facilitated by licensed counselor Krista Neophytou, MA, LPC, this peer-led Anger Management Group provides a safe, supportive, and judgment-free space to learn healthy ways to manage anger.

This anger management group offers a supportive space to learn strategies for managing anger, understanding its root causes, recognizing triggers, and developing healthier coping skills. Take the first step toward a calmer, more controlled life.

Please arrive 15 minutes early to your first session in order to complete check-in. Confidentiality and HIPAA will be maintained. Onsite childcare is available. Call (304) 340-1558 for questions.
