Years ago, Dave and I had a simple dream - to build the place we wanted to go every night, because it didn't exist. A place where craft meets community, where every beer tells a story, and where strangers become friends over perfectly crafted pizzas and purposefully brewed pints.
Today, we’re not just celebrating our anniversary - we’re celebrating YOU. Our loyal customers who've been with us since day one. Our Club 11 members who make every day feel like a celebration. The brand new faces who discover us each week and remind us why we fell in love with this community.
From our finest malts to picking exclusive hops from farms in New Zealand, hunting down ingredients from Italy for our Neapolitan style pizzas, and crafting each beer with intentional love - every detail matters because you matter!
June 26-29th, we’re throwing the party of all parties! We’ve got brand new beer releases, family fun with ice cream and caricatures, flower arranging, live entertainment, sweet treats, and acoustic vibes. It’s going to be four days of pure joy, laughter, and gratitude.
Because at the end of the day, Eleventhree isn’t just a brewery - it’s proof that dreams really do come true when you have an incredible community cheering you on.
