Historic Chagrin Falls Home & Garden Tour

The Chagrin History Center is proud to present the Historic Historic Chagrin Falls Home and Garden Tour on Saturday, May 31, 2025 from 10am-5pm.

We have six fabulous homes lined up, including a top floor apartment on N. Main St.; exquisite gardens on S. Franklin St.; an Italianate home on W. Washington St. that recently finished remodeling and it is quite impressive what they have done; a 1920 home on Bell Street with millwork accents and hardwood floor throughout; and a 1908 home on S. Franklin that has been beautifully remodeled in different ways since the 1970s. We also have two businesses open to visit, Two & Company and Inn of Chagrin! Plus, you will get to see the Chagrin History Center Campus: our new Barriball Carriage House, Church Blacksmith Shop, museum, and the 1873 home next door. Please keep in mind that homes are not wheelchair accessible

Advanced tickets are $30 and day of the tour are $35. Maps and information on the homes will be provided in your program which you will need to pick up at the History Center the week of the tour along with your wristband.

We are excited to be partnering with Two & Company for a Boxed Lunch ticket option! The Boxed Lunch ticket price is $50 – this includes your pre-sale ticket and the cost of the boxed lunch. Lunches will be picked up at Two & Company at 177 E. Washington St.
