Speakers
Dr Aurilie Quade - Soil scientist and agricultural researcher with nearly 20 years’ experience in Australia and the UK. She specialises in soil carbon, soil health, and practical land management, and is known for community initiatives like “50 Shades of Clay” women’s soil workshops.
Michael McCosker - Regenerative farmer and Co-founder of Carbon8. Mike runs a multi-generation grazing property near Inverell, NSW, where he has led a shift from conventional to regenerative land management. With a deep understanding of soil health, water cycles, and landscape function, he works alongside farmers across Australia to support practical, profitable pathways to regeneration.
Fiona and Byron Hubbard – Regenerative cattle producer and co-owner of Grassfed on the Plains in the Upper Liverpool Plains. They work with adaptive grazing to restore soil health, protect groundcover, and build drought resilience, while producing nutrient-dense, toxin-free beef. This approach fosters biodiversity, strengthens ecosystem function, and connects the health of the land with the health of her community. Fiona will also be sharing her learnings around mindset and managing change.
Lunch is provided – all you need to bring is yourself.
