About the event

Strength & Core

Come join us as we start this 8 week program focusing heavily on muscular hypertrophy (increase in the size of muscle fibers, leading to an increase in muscle mass.) We will be starting every workout with a section solely focusing on strengthening our core through balance and isolating movements.
June 2nd - July 31st
(Excluding the week of June 23rd)
Monday and Wednesday nights @6:15pm
Thursdays @6:45am
$12 drop in fee (only $5 for current personal training clients!)
