Fitness in the Parks: Centergy at Lucille Ball Memorial Park (Celoron Park)

We’ve got the perfect way to stay active this summer! Join us and YMCA of Jamestown New York at Lucille Ball Memorial Park (Celoron Park) on Thursdays at 10:45 a.m. for Centergy during #FitnessintheParks. Feel yourself growing longer and stronger with this invigorating workout for the mind and body. Fundamentals from yoga and Pilates are incorporated along with athletic training for balance, mobility, flexibility, and strengthening the core.

Class takes place near the bandshell. Please note, participants should bring their own water bottles and mats. No other equipment is required.

Our 14th season of #FitnessintheParks features free outdoor fitness classes offered by us and our friends at YMCA of Jamestown New York to encourage physical activity and healthy lifestyles! Taught by certified YMCA instructors, our fitness classes are great for all ages and skill levels. No sign-up or registration is required – just show up. We’re looking forward to seeing you!
