USA Mid America Cruiserweight Championship

EXTREME MAXIMUS BOXING IS BACK IN CEDAR RAPIDS ON MAY 31
Extreme Maximus Boxing returns to Cedar Rapids, Iowa, on May 31 with another professional boxing and kickboxing event.

In the main event, Zane Marks of

Cedar Rapids will face Grover Young for the USA Mid America cruiserweight title. In the main event of kickboxing, hometown standout Derek Loffer will face DeMarcus Leonard.

Also, Charles Mendoza of Cedar Rapids will take on Noah Harrell of Hanibal, Mo., for the Extreme Maximus 155 amateur kickboxing title.

The event, which begins at 5 p.m., will be held at the Teamsters Union Hall. Tickets are available at Nitrotickets.com or from participating fighters.

Weigh-ins will be held at SCORES on 33rd at 6 p.m. on May 30.

Other local and area fighters competing include: Zach Mills, Sean Frank, Jordin Hinman, Donovan Daye, Tony Atour, Dakota Starn, Mike Randolph and Nate Hege.
