ALL CLASSES ARE BRING YOUR OWN MAT. All other equipment will be provided. Just bring yourself, a friend and get ready for some brewery fitness and a great time. STAY after class for drinks! The bar will be open for class participants only.
Class Descriptions:
Bootcamp: 60 Min Class
It's an approachable and welcoming group fitness class led by Riley Coady a Certified Exercise Physiologist. Every class you will TAP IN to your potential with bodyweight exercises that can be scaled for all fitness levels. Bootcamp is an interval training workout, with bursts of intense activity and lighter activity for rest. You will always get a blend of strength and cardio for a full body workout.
Functional Flow Yoga: 30 Min Class
This all-levels yoga class offers a welcoming space to move, breathe, and connect. You’ll be guided through a dynamic sequence of poses designed to improve flexibility, build strength, and enhance overall balance—both physically and mentally. Whether you’re looking to energize your body, calm your mind, or simply take some time for yourself, this class meets you where you are. Come as you are, and leave feeling centered, refreshed, and recharged. Modifications and variations are always offered, making this class accessible to everyone, regardless of experience or ability.
