Hybrid Chair Yoga with Sayde

Every-body is welcome in chair group yoga therapy sessions with Sayde. Breath is emphasized as we move the body, hone in on the heart and steer the mind back to our spirit. Start with basic body and breath awareness, then expand to small movement, gradually moving into space until the whole body is involved. Modifications will be provided for all ages and stages.

About Sayde: With over 20 years of teaching, a MS in Yoga Therapy and MS in Exercise Science, Sayde has been bringing soundness to people in a variety of ways and a variety of settings. More than a yoga class, group therapy yoga sessions with Sayde coax out the general source of dis-ease (mental, physical, emotional, spiritual) and aid in guiding clients to freedom of movement, release of negative patterns of thought/behavior/action, and return to self in the session.
