Aqua Yoga Series

Aqua yoga integrates traditional yoga poses, breathwork and meditation into a water based environment. The water provides buoyancy, reducing the impact on joints and making certain poses more accessible, while also providing resistance for a more challenging workout.


11 session series
Tuesdays and fridays 3-3:45PM

Fee for Cota studio members and Western home residents $90
non member/resident $100
