Yoga On the Mountain

Let's do yoga 🧘‍♀️ at Rumor Brewing Co! Saturday, August 23rd at 9:30am - please register at badlandsyoga.com/schedule - space is limited 😃🙃, and it's only $10! You'll receive a complimentary cooling towel, too! I'll mist you in resting poses and we'll keep it chill with s-l-o-w sun salutations weaving together yin and yang yoga. There will be direct sun, so wear your sun shirt, visor, trucker hat, floppy sun hat, or icy neck scarf! I'll bring ice water - bring your water bottle! Stay for social after or take your yoga bliss into your awesome Saturday! 👏🤩😍
