Let's do yoga 🧘‍♀️ at Rumor Brewing Co! Please register at badlandsyoga.com/schedule - space is limited, but only $10!
You'll receive a complimentary cooling towel, too! I'll mist you in resting poses and we'll keep it chill with s-l-o-w sun salutations weaving together yin and yang yoga. There will be direct sun, so wear your sun shirt, visor, trucker hat, floppy sun hat, or icy neck scarf.
There will be water for your water bottle!
Stay for some beer after or take your yoga bliss into your awesome Saturday! 👏🤩😍
