Join us at That Little Yoga Place in Moruya on Saturday 16 August, 2025 at 4pm for 1.5 hours of deep rest with Cat & Dave.
Create some time, for you, to deeply rest as you immerse into a combination of Restorative Yoga, Reiki Healing & Sound Bath to assist your body to release, restore, relax, recover and heal.
We have everything you need including bolsters, pillows, cushions, eye pillow and blankets here at the studio so that you can be comfortable and supported.
We suggest to come wearing comfortable cloths, properly hydrated and avoid too much food or coffee before the session.
There are limited numbers for this Immersion as we keep them really intimate (max 6 ppl) so bookings are essential.
