Join us for a joyful, heart-pumping 45 minutes of intuitive dance that’s all about freedom, fun, and feeling GOOD in your body. This is a family-friendly, judgement-free space where grown-ups and kids alike can groove, twirl, stomp, and swirl to uplifting beats.

✨ Just pure expression, connection & joy

Let your body lead, your spirit shine, and your little ones have fun on the dance floor. It’s the perfect mid-morning energy boost, a chance to connect with community, and a celebration of movement in all its forms.
