Yoga in the Park

Yoga means "union" and when practiced outside, you can experience union with nature, humanity and the universe. Being outside deepens the yoga experience in many ways and helps focus awareness, breathe deeply and practice stillness.

Please join us for these free classes at the Amphitheater at Philip S. Miller Park on Sunday mornings to find a deeper meaning to your yoga workout. Registration is not required, but is recommended so that you can be notified in case of a weather cancellation.
