WHAT IS FACE YOGA?
Facial exercises that tone muscles, improve circulation, reduce tension and create a natural, radiant glow - all while enjoying the outdoors with other moms!
MONTHLY THEMES:
MAY: “Spring into Summer” - Basic techniques & facial awakening
JUNE: “Summer Radiance” - Circulation & expression line work
JULY: “Midsummer Mindfulness” - Cooling techniques & celebration
