We’ll cover several key topics, including:

🗺️ Neighborhood Map & Short-Term Rental (STR) List
Hear updates from the volunteer team working on a community map that includes resident names, addresses, and STR details.

🏖️ Boat Ramp & Beach Use by STR Guests
We’ll go over ways to ensure STR guests contribute fairly and help keep our shared spaces clean and safe.

💵 Membership Donation Update
Following the 2024 vote to raise annual dues to $50, we’ll discuss how those funds are being used to maintain and improve our community.

As always, the meeting will also include the Treasurer’s report, officer elections, open discussion—and maybe even a surprise guest or two!
