Yoga For All
This class is meant for everyone and anyone interested in yoga. You will learn breath, yoga poses (and modifications if necessary to fit your body) along with techniques you can take off your mat and use in your daily routine. FYI: every expert at something, was once a beginner. You don’t need to be flexible & all athletic abilities are welcome. Please consult your physician if pregnant, recovering from a surgery or injury. If you can breathe... You are doing yoga!!!
