Track Tuesday Group Run (@Lakeshore track)

We will be hosting weekly track workout group runs for the summer. Join us at the Lakeshore running track for a track workout. We will have workouts suitable for beginners and seasoned runners. Track workouts are a great way to work on speed, and will help make you a stronger, more resilient runner. We will begin with a 10 minute warmup around the track, and dynamic stretching (as a group), followed by the track workout (individual effort), and a 10 minute cooldown. These workouts can easily be tailored to meet you where you are in your running journey.

***ALL PACES WELCOME! ALL ABILITY LEVELS WELCOME!*** You are welcome to do our workout or your own. If you don’t want to do a track workout and just want to walk/run the track while we’re there, that’s fine, too!

*Be sure to bring water. It gets a little warm out on the track.
**Please note that this is a public track so we will likely be sharing it with others. Track etiquette should be observed. (Don’t worry if you are not familiar with this! We will go over it.)
