Freedom Friday: Summer Yoga Series

This summer we have dubbed First Friday of the month is Rescue Yoga's FREEDOM FRIDAY! Find freedom in your body with our By Donation Community Class.

Taught by our team of honored teachers that want to give back to the community in the best way we know how... by helping you unlock stiff parts and find your own version of FREEDOM!

June 6th ~ Freedom for the Hips
July 4th ~ Freedom for the Shoulders/Neck
Aug 1st ~ Freedom for Spine
Sept 5th ~ Freedom for Low Back
