Breathing Space - Part of Living Better Together Hubs

Exercise starts at 01:00pm (approximately 20-30 mins) with Arts & Crafts and refreshments afterwards

Open to all! Boost your well being in these relaxed and friendly sessions through gentle somatic exercise followed by arts and crafts with cake & light refreshments available.
Suitable for all abilities and lifelong conditions.
Including but not limited to: Physical disabilities, learning disabilities, multiple sclerosis, fibromyalgia, autism, dementia and other age related issues. Plus friends, family carers and any other support network.

LBT HUBS Aims to support rural communities. We provide accessible & inclusive activities, online access, digital support, access to content and amenities.
