Power Up Summer: Cardiff - Bath Bomb Workshop at the Hangout (for 16-25YOs)

Our Power Up Summer Programme is LIVE!

Being creative, moving and socialising is a great way to feel well and learning new skills can be fantastic for your self esteem - so we have planned a summer packed with it all, for free, for young people and young adults in Cardiff and the Vale of Glamorgan.

This session we will be instructed on how to mix scents and create our very own bath bombs to use at home as part of our self-care routine. All with instruction and supervision from not only our DBS checked team of wellbeing practitioners, but also from qualified instructors coming in especially for us!

This session will be for 16-25 year old young people - please see our other events for a matching session for 10-15 year old young people!

Support to finance and arrange transport can be discussed.

PLEASE NOTE: This workshop will be held in our downstairs area, which is only wheelchair accessible via the back of the building. Please therefore note if wheelchair access is needed in the order form so we can send out info on how to access this.

Please ensure you are contactable if you are a parent/guardian in case we need any consent/ disclaimers on behalf of the venues (e.g. for any outdoor exercise activities)

Participants must wear appropriately clothing and trainers for exercise and/or to possibly get dirty crafting, where applicable
