Summer Solstice Reset

Join us and be greeted by the sounds of Native American flute as you enter The Sanctuary. Once all are settled Suzanne will lead breath-work and light Kundalini Yoga followed by a crystal bowl sound journey. After a short break Pam will introduce Biosonic Tuning Forks, then guide tuning fork, crystal bowl, and vocal toning.
Tea and snack break :-)
After the break we will gather for a Medicine Music Song Circle and jam to include simple a cappella songs and fun folk and pop music accompanied by acoustic instruments, jam time!
