WHAT TO PREPARE
No monologue is required. Auditions will consist of cold readings from the script. A copy of the script is available to read at both the Carbondale and Herrin libraries.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
We are looking for a diverse cast of 10-14 actors ages 20-70.
Roles: 7m, 2f, 5 any gender

SHOW SYNOPSIS
In this adaptation of Mary Shelley’s classic novel, Victor Frankenstein becomes obsessed with conquering death and creates a living being from the bodies of the dead. But the creature he brings to life is rejected and left to fend for itself, ultimately confronting its creator in a powerful exploration of humanity, isolation, and responsibility. This adaptation focuses on the emotional and moral consequences of creation, with a streamlined cast and dialogue-driven storytelling.
