Yoga & Ayurvedic Cooking Workshop

Enjoy a winter workshop that integrates the sister sciences of Yoga and Ayurveda through movement, awareness and nutrition. Set in the beautiful venue of GAIA Centre for Healing Arts, surrounded by nature.

What to expect:
* An hour of Yoga & Meditation focused on the doshas and the needs of our bodies in winter.
* An interactive Ayurvedic Cooking Class including the nutrition protocols to follow and practical tips.
* A delicious Ayurvedic meal that features seasonal produce.

You will receive a course booklet with explanations, protocols, yoga asanas and the recipes.

Your Hosts:
Ginette De Fleuriot is an internationally qualified Yoga teacher who has been teaching Kundalini yoga since 2012. She has a holistic approach combining Kundalini and Yin Yoga. Her approach focuses on the vagus nerve, the endocrine system and our hormones.

Michele Mistry is an Ayurvedic Health Counsellor, with a special interest in Ayurvedic nutrition. She is the owner of INDIKAAP Ayurveda, an innovative food brand that uses the wisdom of Ayurveda to create whole food , plant-based products that make Ayurvedic cooking simpler.
