Lacto-Fermented Hot Sauce Workshop

Join us for the first workshop in our Fermented Traditions series!

We'll learn to preserve the spicy taste of summer in a jar! In this hands-on workshop you will learn to make your own hot sauce with lacto fermentation method!



We will cover the whole process, safety tips, recipes, which peppers to choose and adding herbs and spices for flavor and nutrition.

Each class participant will take home a jar of pepper mash for fermenting into hot sauce.

Class participants will recieve 15% off all canning supplies.
