Fermented Traditions: Hot Sauce Workshop

Join us for the first workshop in our Fermented Traditions series!

We'll learn to preserve the spicy taste of summer in a jar!

In this hands-on workshop you will learn to make your own hot sauce with the lacto-fermentation method!

We will cover the whole process, safety tips, recipes, which peppers to choose and adding herbs and spices for flavor and nutrition.

Each class participant will take home a jar of hot sauce.

Class participants will recieve 15% off all canning supplies.
