Calling all young chefs! Join us for a bold, hands-on evening of Viking-inspired cooking. In this exciting class, students will bake Trencher Bread Bowls from scratch and fill them with rich, hearty Rustic Potato Soup—just like Viking warriors once did!

They’ll explore:

How Vikings cooked without modern tools

Why trenchers replaced plates

The role of fire, flavor, and feasting in Norse culture

It's history, adventure, and real kitchen skills—all in one fiery night!
