CONNECTION, CEREMONIAL CACOA, BREATHWORK, MEDITATION & SOUND
We begin by inviting universal energy through Reiki to promote deep relaxation and release. As this healing energy flows into our sacred Temple space, each participant contributes to a collective cleanse - clearing away what no longer serves us and restoring balance to mind, body and soul.
Next, we gather in connection to share Ceremonial Cacao, a sacred plant medicine known to open the heart, deepen self-awareness and spark joy from within. This beautiful ritual supports spiritual awakening and creates a sense of unity with ourselves and those around us.
We then move into guided breathwork which can help inner healing, emotional well-being and personal growth, followed with a gentle grounding meditation, calming the nervous system and shifting brainwave states to reduce stress and anxiety. This practice helps us feel more present and connected to our inner self.
To close this transformative session, we immerse ourselves in the healing power of Sound therapy, using instruments such as Crystal singing bowls, Gongs, and Chimes etc. These vibrations promote emotional release, reduce tension and enhance mental clarity, leaving you with a profound sense of peace and renewal.
