FREE Introductory Modern Dance Class for Adults/Teens
Modern Dance for Teens/Adults (ages 14+) with Sophia Gaetano
Thursdays 7:00-8:00pm
Free introductory class July 10
Register at www.yoga-loft.org
4-week session July 17-Aug 7, $60 for the series
Open to anyone aged 14+.
In this class we will focus on beginning modern dance techniques and concepts. Students will do strengthening exercises, practice techniques, and learn dance combinations.
