About the event

Creative Therapy: Joy

We’re back with another Creative Therapy workshop with Mary Grace Bigelow, LCMHC on the importance of JOY! After the year western North Carolina has had, we all need some joy. We will discuss why joy is so important to our mental health and how to access more of it. Participants will receive clay and simple instruction to create a special ceramic keepsake that both represents and brings them joy!
