🌿 Explore Canberra’s Northern Wetlands – Ride, Relax & Recharge! 🌿
🛣️ Distance: ~21km loop
🌳 Terrain: Sealed bike paths throughout
☕ Finish: Coffee & chat at Hide and Seek Café
Join us for a relaxing 21km loop starting from the North Lyneham Playing Fields. We’ll follow Ellenborough Street to the Barton Highway bike path, then ride along Gungahlin Drive and through the heart of Palmerston. From there, we rejoin Gungahlin Drive near the Lakes Golf Club and loop around the scenic Gungahlin Pond, crossing the dam to reach Gundaroo Drive.
We'll then cruise along the peaceful creekside paths in Giralang and Kaleen before heading back along Ellenborough Street to our starting point. The ride is all on sealed bike paths and will be taken at a gentle, social pace with time to enjoy the views and regroup as needed.
To finish, we’ll stop in for a well-earned coffee and chat at Hide and Seek Café in North Lyneham ☕😄
