Join in an afternoon of community connection, healing, insights, renewal, giving, and receiving. We begin our session with introduction & connection with one another. Then we lead into a intentional guided meditation to bring our awareness into our Mind, Body, Heart, & Soul. Leading into our Reiki Practice~ Everyone is given the opportunity to Receive & Give. Intertwining the session with Sound Frequencies to Tune & Bring Forth Resonance as a Collective.
