Did you just start your wellness journey? Maybe your're a fitness finatic. Join us for a morning of movement with the Hudson Valley holistic wellness community. We will be joined by other local wellness businesses for a morning centered on elevating YOU.
We made the Facebook page "The Hudson Valley Holistic Wellness Community" to create a network of integrative providers, businesses, and individuals with a passion for whole-body (WHOLISTIC) wellness.
The day will start with a 60 min mat Pilates class and there will be drinks and light snacks. We hope to see you on the mat!
