About the event

The Antarctic and Beyond
Meet Dr Peter D Clarkson MBE. Polar enthusiast, medal winner, researcher, novelist and now speaker!

His excitement about the Trans Antarctic expedition in 1955 began an illustrious career spanning 65yrs culminating in an MBE in 2010. Today he is retired & he can now be found lecturing or speaking on cruise ships, as well as writing a few books. . 'He is a total enthusiast for all things Antarctic and we are excited to hear all about it!
