Friday May 30th Superstition returns with an extra special event!

Live on the ManRay stage Superstition presents AVOXBLUE!
An ethereal wave of icy, electronic post-punk, Avoxblue began as a solo project in Boston by Jimmy Rossi Jr. in 2010. In that time AVB has toured the US & Europe sharing the stage with such acts as The Chameleons, Chemlab, Mr Twin Sister, Xiu Xiu, House of Harm, Empress Of, and more.

Fusing sounds of new wave with the reverb heavy, and distorted features of shoegaze, Avoxblue creates a powerful live set with the addition of Michael Morrissey on drums & longtime collaborator, André Obin on bass.


Superstition happens at the legendary ManRay every 5th Friday.

DJ Static of Ceremony, Fantasy Factory, Superstition, and countless others on decks! We may even have some certain guest DJs to join as well. They will be bringing you the best Goth, Industrial, Post Punk, Dark Wave, Dark Electro, Cold Wave, and of course, some of our superstitious favorites 😉 IYKYK. If you don't know you'll find out, we promise, you will have a blast.
