Join Champagne Specialist Kim Simone for this introductory class exploring sparkling wine from around the world! She will help you understand the flavor and textural differences between each one, and explore how region, grape variety, and methods of production go into making each type unique. You’ll leave with a greater understanding of the category, ready for your next shopping trip or celebration.
