Come sweat with Dirty Water Fitness, Joe will lead you through a circuit training workout using various equipment while making sure you target all of your major muscle groups! Modifications are provided for all levels of fitness.

Join us for free, outdoor fitness classes every Wednesday at 6PM and Saturday at 10AM right here at Cambridge Crossing.
Our schedule is packed with new classes as well as old favorites that are designed for all levels of experience. All you need to bring is yourself, a yoga mat, and water.
