Boston Zouk Pratica (6/28/25) - New Space!

Hello Everyone!

Before the June Moonlight Social, join me for a pratica at a new location!

Boston Zouk Praticas are designed to be an inclusive space for anyone looking to practice and deepen their understanding of Brazilian Zouk. I will lead a guided warm up followed by a 30 minute exploration to share some of the exercises and drills I have learned during my dance journey.

🔍Pratica Details:
The first 30 minutes will be a guided warm up with stretching, zouk movement exercises, and footwork
Following that, I will be leading a 30 minutes drills/exploration session
The last hour and a half will have a slow music playlist for individuals to practice and dance
