Would you like to deepen your sense of connection to others? To learn new ways of relating with deeper authenticity, presence, and self awareness? Join us on a journey into connecting deeply through mindful communication.
We will work with the gentle practices of Transformational Connection and Circling to explore deep and authentic connection with one another in an informal group context. Come along to learn new communication skills and explore what it means to be true to your inner world in presence with others.
No prior experience required, all ages and orientations are welcome.
Cost and terms:
Advance booking is essential.
Your single £30 ticket purchase pays for the whole 6 week course, ie £5 per session.
In order to aid group trust and integrity, participants are asked to attend a minimum of 5 out of the six sessions.
